October 15, 2010. We visited Bali Safari & Marine Park!This is the second report of Bali Safari & Marine Park after the first report 2 years ago. When we came last time we took photos with leopard and lion, watched the elephant show and enjoyed the park all day.After two years,we wanted to see what does a change of the park look like?,We also watched “Bali Agung Show” at a newly opened indoor theater♪

From Jimbaran takes about one and a half hour drive to Bali Safari & Marine Park in East Bali. |

| From reception then we went inside, first we found souvenir and art shops. | Here visitors can find many cute wildlife animal dolls. |

| Here we found greeting board ”Congratulations”.It was Bali Agung grand opening!! 1200 capacity international standard Bali Theater performing special show of Bali historical and legendary story. | |

| From main terminal moved to Bali terminal by zebra stripe designed safari bus.! It’s very interesting♪ | Arrived at Bali terminal, here is the entrance of Bali Safari & Marine Park. The guests are greeted with Balinese gamelan music. |
| Here is lobby Barong, a Balinese Style building which has cone shaped roof. Lobby Barong is used for information center and café, leopard can be seen from the front terrace. |  |

| There was no aquarium when we came here 2 years ago! Now visitors can view beautiful colorful fish swimming. | |

Take a walk in a large park♪

| From Fun Zone, then we went to explore the park. The park designed in Balinese style with Balinese gate and stone statues wrapped black and white clothes. Park that is full of Balinese atmosphere. | The park is large but no worry about getting lost, because we can find signboard in Japanese and English everywhere in the park. |

Today Bali Theater grand opening, so there are many beautiful staffs in Balinese custom! Smile and pose in front of the camera. |

Take photos with a cute baby orangutan♪ When we came to the park on that day, the visitors could take photos with a baby orangutan and a baby white tiger.You can choose a package including photo with animal or take photo with animal when you are in Bali Safari & Marine Park with additional charge of Rp.50,000. |

| The most popular activity in Bali Safari & Marine Park, Safari Journey Trip♪ The visitors go by a special bus through the habitats of Indonesia, India and Africa. Safari Journey Trip by a special bus takes about 25 to 30 minutes. | Safari Journey Trip was guided by a cute staff. Last time when we joined the same tour the staff explained in English and a little Japanese, but on this tour the explanation almost in Bahasa Indonesia because it may be many Indonesia joined the tour. I thought that it was very good if she explained in English more. |

| Company Partner Staff S-chan Comment & Impression It’s the first time I visit Bali Safari & Marine Park, the park is bigger than I thought.! Walked a long distance, I sweat profusely. I think it’s necessary to bring hat and sunscreen. During walked around in the park, I could see Balinese stone statues, parrots, and many other interesting things to see, so I didn’t feel like walk a long distance. The park is full of greenery, it’s really great!!Taking photos with a baby orangutan can be valuable memories for me!It's a rare opportunity to cuddle a wildlife animals. She is very cute, I felt like I wanted to take her home! Please come together with your family or friends☆ |
